Meet the Founder

Diana Parr has devoted her career to making the digital world safer through cybersecurity education, policy, governance, strategy, investment, and leadership. Learn more about her superpowers.

  • Protecting the nation from cyber threats.

    Diana is currently serving as a Sr. Principal Cyber Advisor to US Cyber Command’s Joint Operations Center where she is leading efforts for defensive and full spectrum military cyberspace operations. Her role involves informing decision makers on geopolitical, criminal, nation state, technical, and other threats to protect the nation and to bolster cyber defenses.

  • Cyber strategy, policy, and governance.

    Diana has held positions involving planning for countering offensive cyber attacks though a legislative fellowship on Capitol Hill developing cybersecurity legislation. 

  • Cybersecurity education.

    Diana has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) teaching in their Cybersecurity Graduate program.

  • Leadership and innovation in national security.

    Diana spent 11 years working in the national security field at the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). There, she led innovative technology programs, including the intelligence community’s early cloud-infrastructure implementation.
